Call

Twenty minutes. What you sell, who buys it, what's broken now. You leave with a fixed number.

Weeks two and three, on a live preview link. You watch it go up and flag things as they land.

Hand over

Domain, hosting, and logins in your name. A short video on editing it. Then I'm optional.

Straight answers

Do I own the site?
Yes. Code, domain, hosting account, all in your name. Leaving costs you nothing but a goodbye.
What if I already have a site?
Often the answer is SEO, not a rebuild. If your current site is fine, I'll say so on the call and quote the smaller job.
Is there a contract?
Builds are fixed-fee, agreed in writing before anything starts. Monthly work is month to month — thirty days' notice, no penalty.
What does it cost?
It depends on how many pages you need and whether you want the SEO and ads alongside the build. You get a fixed number on the first call, before any work begins — no hourly surprises.
